  • Where do you ship?
    Coven Room offers international shipping to 200+ countries. Each day, our accessories and clothing travel thousands of mile across the globe.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Hell YES! We ship all over the world. We get international orders all the time. Hoorays!
  • Do you provide tracking information?
    Yes, we do. You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.
  • I just placed my order. How long will it take until it is shipped?
    Thanks so much for your order! Orders can take 2 - 7 business days for packing and processing at our warehouses. Delivery drivers pick up our orders every business day. Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Everything displayed on our website is in stock. If we run out of a particular item you ordered, you will receive an email about it and will have the option of: 1) waiting until it's back in stock 2) getting something else 3) receiving your money back for that item. Yay!
  • Will I have to pay international duties & taxes?
    Coven Room is not responsible for any duty and tax fees for international shipping. To find out if you’ll be charged for duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs website. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
  • My package is missing. What should I do?
    If you have not received your order within the timeframe established for shipping please check with your local delivery system to ensure the package was not mistakenly placed nearby (at a neighbor's house for example). In the case that the product is not delivered, just shoot us an email and we'll check on its status for you!
  • How do I return something?
    Please feel free to contact us about returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order - please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
  • Where's my order?
    We ship out all orders within 2 - 7 business days. If there is a delay in your order, we will send you an email. There are a few reasons there could be a delay in shipping an order... An item was out of stock. Your shipping address was incorrect. There was a problem processing your payment. An item was out of stock. Your shipping address was incorrect.
  • I got the wrong order—oops! What do I do?
    No worries, we will make it right! If we make a mistake, we will cover any return shipping costs and we will take good care of you!
  • The tracking information says it's on the way, but it's been a long time.
    If you have an issue regarding an order's shipment, most issues can be easily resolved by contacting the delivery service that will be dropping off your package (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.).
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates: United States: 10 - 14 Business days Canada, Europe: 10 - 16 Business days Australia, New Zealand: 10 - 16 Business days Mexico, Central America, South America: 15 -20 Business days
